AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced LLM models to automate complex, manual processes across various real-world verticals.
• Build scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy, preparing for production.
• Monitor, maintain, and ensure deployed models deliver consistent value across governments and industries.
• Engage with leaders: interact directly with government officials internationally and collaborate with ex-founders, AI researchers, and engineers to deliver first-of-its-kind solutions.
• Participate in a dynamic, fast-paced team with opportunities to contribute in software engineering, product management, sales, and interpersonal communication.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI/ML; participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• BSc/Master’s/PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience building GenAI applications (Agents, reasoning models, RAG, etc.).
• High-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience implementing models in major ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Jax, or TensorFlow.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; proactive approach.
• Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to own problems end-to-end and acquire required knowledge.
