AI/ML Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI accelerators, agents, and ML models tailored for sustainability, health, and safety use cases
• Manage the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle, including problem definition, data preparation, model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Leverage LLMs, BERT, and other NLP/ML frameworks to develop advanced analytics and automation solutions
• Collaborate with management consulting teams and domain experts to translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and reusable components that can be scaled for multiple clients
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, present technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption
• Research new AI techniques, sustainability data models, and generative AI applications to drive innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in AI/ML solution development
• Demonstrable experience in agentic-AI development using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and Model Context Protocol
• Proven experience with LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling
• Strong client engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
• Experience working in management consulting or professional services is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Experience with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Familiarity with sustainability, ESG reporting standards, or health and safety data models
