AI/ML Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise-wide ML and Generative AI strategy, including roadmaps and adoption models
• Lead the design of end-to-end ML and GenAI architectures from experimentation to enterprise-scale deployment
• Establish an AI/ML Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize processes and accelerate organizational adoption
• Oversee the development of production-grade ML systems and MLOps frameworks across cloud platforms
• Operationalize AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI/ML
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business value and ROI
• Mentor technical teams on ML engineering, architecture, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an ML/AI Architect, Technical Leader, or Senior Strategist in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of Machine Learning and Generative AI, including LLMs, vector databases, and feature stores
• Expertise in MLOps, DevOps, and managing the full ML lifecycle at scale
• Proficiency in Python or Scala with strong software engineering practices
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with fine-tuning and deployment frameworks like Hugging Face or LangChain
• Strong understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and international regulations like GDPR

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks or relevant cloud certifications
• Background in platform engineering or internal AI enablement teams
• Experience working within highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Proven track record of defining AI operating models and playbooks
