AI Mission Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end by embedding with customer teams to translate business challenges into deployable AI solutions.
• Establish and scale the agentic AI delivery practice by defining architectures, reusable components, and delivery patterns.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of mission engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and oversight.
• Drive rapid prototyping and production deployment of AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring responsible and secure AI adoption in regulated environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in forward-deployed, embedded, or similar client-facing technical delivery roles.
• Proven track record of shipping production AI/ML systems, including agentic workflows, RAG, and orchestration.
• Strong full-stack proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Next.js or React.
• Deep experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems like Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft O365.
• Ability to lead senior technical teams and communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services, government, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Foundry, or Power Automate.
• Background in product telemetry and feedback-driven iteration.
