AI & Marketing Transformation Intern

Responsibilities

• Support design, testing, and iteration of custom AI expert agents
• Help build AI-powered workflows using WPP Open and related tools
• Assist with AI Discovery Workshops and client transformation sessions
• Prepare pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and research materials
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and platform exploration

Requirements

• Master’s degree in progress or recently completed
• Strong interest in AI and marketing transformation
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Confident communication and presentation ability
• Excellent written and visual communication
• Self-starter mindset
• Available for a full-time, 6-month internship in Amsterdam

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, chatbots, or LLMs
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, or agent architectures
• Internship or work experience in marketing, consulting, or tech
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or analytics platforms
• Familiarity with Dutch and/or international market dynamics
