AI Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on AI-powered agents and workflows to increase marketing efficiency
• Support AI enablement programs through office hours, coaching, and team training sessions
• Triage and route incoming AI use case requests to maintain the program pipeline
• Document workflows and develop a library of reusable prompts for team scaling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on AI priorities and progress
• Assist in the onboarding and adoption of new AI tools as technology evolves

Requirements

• Marketing background via a degree, internship, or early career experience
• Strong written communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and figure out new tools independently
• A positive, can-do attitude and genuine curiosity about AI applications in marketing
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated workflows
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI assistants
• Exposure to prompt engineering or AI workflow design
• Experience supporting training or enablement programs
