Responsibilities

• Reimagine marketing workflows by designing and deploying AI-native workflows with human-in-the-loop supervision
• Own the full lifecycle of internal AI solutions from scoping and prompt engineering to integration and testing
• Research, assess, and integrate different models and agent frameworks to match the right tool to each problem
• Build robust integrations to connect AI agents directly into the marketing data stack
• Act as an internal evangelist regarding the rapidly evolving AI landscape

Requirements

• Strong track record of building automations and AI workflows
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic orchestration frameworks
• Ability to manage context, structure model outputs, and chain tasks together
• Builder mindset with comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills to explain technical builds to non-technical stakeholders
• Genuine curiosity about marketing business impact and operations
