AI & Marketing Automation Manager

Manychat is a leading platform for conversational growth, providing AI-powered automations that help creators and brands engage with audiences across Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across the Marketing organization by coaching and upskilling team members
• Design and ship AI-powered automated workflows using tools like n8n, GitHub, and Claude.md
• Map customer data across the stack including Braze, data warehouses, and ad platforms
• Set up, QA, and validate conversion events and tracking across Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Define success metrics tied to PLG outcomes such as acquisition and free-to-paid conversion
• Partner with Product, Data, and Growth teams to ensure product signals flow into marketing systems

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in marketing with deep knowledge of the modern marketing tool stack
• Hands-on experience creating automations using tools like n8n, MCPs, or API integrations
• Strong understanding of customer data structures, specifically Braze consumer event structures
• Experience mapping fields between tools and validating conversion events
• Strong product sense and ability to operate cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience at a PLG (Product-Led Growth) company
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom integrations
• Prior experience in growth or lifecycle marketing
