AI & Machine Learning Summer/Fall Co-Op

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze engineering and business data to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions
• Develop code for core use case functionality under the guidance of the enterprise AI/ML engineering team
• Design and implement new procedures and workflows for AI/ML projects
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy solutions
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and other project deliverables

Requirements

• Current Junior or Senior undergraduate student studying Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial)
• Proficiency in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch
• Solid understanding of AI algorithms
• Proficiency using VS Code or other programming IDEs
• Ability to relocate to Irvine, CA for on-site, full-time work

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience programming in Python
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, or Databricks
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent time management, communication, and documentation skills
