AI Live Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AI Live operations across livestream platforms
• Configure livestream settings, products, promotions, and operational workflows
• Monitor livestream performance and troubleshoot operational issues in real time
• Develop and optimize livestream scripts based on campaign objectives
• Train and fine-tune AI Text-to-Speech (TTS) models
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across internal teams
• Support campaign reporting and recommend operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, E-commerce Operations, or Digital Marketing
• Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok LIVE preferred
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Comfortable working with AI tools and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Text-to-Speech (TTS), AI avatars, or conversational AI is highly preferred
