AI Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy to ensure alignment with business priorities
• Design and implement the AI operating model, including governance frameworks and roles
• Develop strategic AI roadmaps, frameworks, and reusable patterns to guide investment
• Architect scalable and secure AI solutions that comply with enterprise security and regulatory standards
• Oversee the operationalisation of AI solutions to ensure they are maintainable and provide ongoing value
• Embed enterprise-wide AI governance and ethical principles into all initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to technology teams regarding AI architecture and design
• Support the identification and delivery of high-impact AI use cases

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering architecture across enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• AI-related certifications
