AI & IT Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise AI platforms including configuration, access, settings, and permissions
• Track and evaluate new features and integrations for tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor
• Support governance, risk review, and oversight of AI tooling in coordination with IT and security
• Assist with API-related work, documentation, testing, and operational follow-up
• Handle operational cleanup and process documentation to improve efficiency
• Partner on AI engineering efforts including testing and implementation support
• Provide support for adjacent IT and security tasks as needed

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise technology tools, IT operations, security, or technical program coordination
• Strong interest in AI platforms and emerging enterprise use cases
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
• Hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
