AI Intern

Responsibilities

• Review current workflows and identify where AI can reduce manual effort
• Build and test high-quality prompts for common team tasks
• Create AI "playbooks" for staff to follow
• Help automate documentation, emails, reports, and summaries
• Improve data organization for effective AI tool usage
• Assist in building SOPs that include AI usage
• Train team members on how to use AI correctly in their roles
• Continuously test new AI tools and recommend practical use cases
• Map current processes and identify inefficiencies
• Connect AI tools with existing systems where possible

Requirements

• Strong interest in AI and automation
• Comfort using AI tools
• Excellent written communication
• Logical thinking and process breakdown skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Proactive and curious mindset
• Experience with spreadsheets and documentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mapping processes or writing SOPs
• Basic understanding of APIs or automation tools
• Experience in operations, admin, or healthcare environments
