AI Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define integration architecture, orchestration platforms (Tray, Workato, n8n), and data contracts
• Build the integration and authentication layer connecting core stacks like Okta, Rippling, NetSuite, Slack, and Notion
• Ship AI agents and automations for workflows such as hire-to-retire and help-desk deflection
• Develop monitored, reliable automations with production-grade runbooks
• Partner across the company to wire systems to Business Systems' data contracts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production integrations and automations (APIs, webhooks, SCIM, event-driven)
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools like Workato, n8n, or Tray
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end AI/LLM agents and workflow orchestration
• Strong engineering fundamentals and scripting skills in Python
• Solid understanding of identity and authentication protocols (SSO, SCIM, OAuth)
• A builder's bias focused on shipping functional solutions quickly
