AI Innovation Business Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the development of real-world AI applications to address business challenges and advance risk management decisions
• Collaborate with business users to translate use cases into technical requirements and iterate solutions based on feedback
• Participate in the end-to-end development cycle of AI solutions, from initial design and Proof of Concept (PoC) to production deployment
• Conduct user research, analyze technical requirements, and track project progress
• Design executive presentations and develop communication strategies for project updates
• Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and related regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Generative AI and Machine Learning
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Experience with project management and creating business presentations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Must be returning to school after December 2026, or graduating in December 2026 with the internship as a mandatory requirement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, user research, prototyping, or wireframing
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Understanding of financial business insights, FinTech, or risk management concepts
