AI Implementation Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, integration, and troubleshooting of AI-based technical systems and industrial automation.
• Manage global projects involving the deployment of machine learning models to optimize manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Coordinate technical feasibility analysis and translate user needs into project requirements.
• Oversee hardware management, including the assembly, configuration, and testing of edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson and industrial cameras.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration and reliability.
• Drive adherence to FDA, ISO, and IEC design control procedures and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product development.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with Python and strong Shell scripting skills.
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning and the production deployment of ML models.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorRT, and computer vision frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with embedded devices (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson) and industrial hardware.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Linux-based system debugging, networking, and containerization (Docker).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with object detection, classification, and segmentation models (e.g., YOLO, VLMs, SAM).
• Experience with PoE cameras and IP camera configuration.
• Proven project management experience regarding delivery timelines and stakeholder influence.
