AI Implementation Associate

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate customer workflows, including cash management recommendations, AP, bill pay, and forecast health monitoring
• Work hands-on with the agentic platform by prompting, evaluating outputs, and tuning behavior to shape how the platform serves customers
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate manual customer workflows into autonomous product capabilities
• Prototype new AI-powered workflows to meet unique customer needs and test ideas quickly
• Solve ambiguous financial problems by breaking down complex customer situations into scalable designs
• Engage directly with customers to build trust and resolve financial optimization issues

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations, or product role
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to reason through ambiguous financial problems
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor
• Understanding of core financial concepts including cash flow, P&L, and AP/AR
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and analysis
• BA or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in fast-moving, early-stage environments

• Experience working in fintech, AI, or early-stage startups
