AI Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between technical AI models and business operations to implement practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate workflows and prepare data for AI readiness by establishing data governance, security, and compliance strategies.
• Implement and enhance proprietary AI chatbots connected to enterprise knowledge systems.
• Explore and implement wearable AI and Augmented Reality (AR) tools for field technician onboarding and real-time guidance.
• Design and deploy agentic workflows (the "AI Manager" project) for on-site troubleshooting and guidance.
• Develop standardized procedures, prompt libraries, and automation workflows to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field.
• 1 to 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Operations with a track record of delivering measurable impact.
• Proficiency in Excel and No-Code AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Custom GPTs).
• Deep understanding of enterprise-level AI governance and model lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise platforms such as AWS or Databricks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in field services, telecommunications, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in multimodal AI and agentic workflows.
