AI Growth Ops Intern

Responsibilities

• Ensure CRM data quality including strategic accounts, size, sector, and tiering
• Industrialize business signal capture and key contact creation
• Develop scalable AI agents via Dust for the RevOps team
• Populate sales portfolios and ensure key accounts are actively worked
• Help sales teams prioritize prospect lists via scraping and market monitoring
• Centralize and analyze prospecting cadence performance for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in Operations within a startup or scale-up
• Problem-solving mindset with a "get things done" attitude
• Structured and rigorous approach to large data volumes
• Proactive mindset with interest in automating processes using AI
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Gemini, and web scraping tools
• Experience building AI agents is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Experience with Sales Navigator, Dust, Lusha, FullEnrich, or Clay
