AI Governance Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of AI engagement ownership for assigned Financial Services accounts
• Align AI initiatives with account plans, client priorities, and service offerings
• Proactively identify, shape, and prioritize AI and GenAI use cases to own the account AI portfolio
• Orchestrate delivery alignment with FS governance, responsible AI, security, and compliance standards
• Track delivery health, risks, and value realization for AI-related projects
• Prepare executive-ready updates regarding the AI pipeline, value delivered, and necessary decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, Financial Services technology, data, or AI-led transformation
• Proven leadership of client engagements within the Financial Services sector (banking, insurance, or payments)
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and scaling AI or GenAI initiatives
• Strong understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders and navigate complex client decision dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating business demand into technical AI execution
• Strong commercial judgment regarding project pursuit and prioritization
• Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous and fast-moving technology landscapes
