AI Governance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assess AI applications for governance, compliance, and ethical risks aligned with enterprise control frameworks
• Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle in collaboration with GRC, Enterprise Architecture, and the AI Center of Excellence
• Design and implement AI governance policies, standards, and processes, including risk assessments and centralized inventories
• Advise on regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act and GDPR, translating them into practical controls
• Conduct AI risk analyses, define mitigation measures, and support AI audits and certification activities
• Train and raise awareness regarding responsible AI usage across the organization
• Track emerging AI regulations, trends, and best practices to continuously improve governance frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Law, or a comparable field
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in IT consulting, AI, or related digital transformation roles
• Knowledge of AI governance, data ethics, and risk management frameworks
• Familiarity with GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work on a shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) in a hybrid work setup in Makati
