AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, including writing critical code and configuring systems for strategic clients.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems and bespoke intelligent agents using the Agentforce platform.
• Architect and deploy complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based workflows and agentic frameworks.
• Own the entire data lifecycle, from strategic data modeling to building efficient processing pipelines and integration strategies.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to client teams, translating business challenges into actionable technical requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive technical debugging and root cause analysis for complex system interactions and AI model behaviors.
• Lead rapid prototyping and development of proofs-of-concept to demonstrate capabilities to customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions.
• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
• Extensive experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, and integration using enterprise data platforms (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites as needed.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or the Agentforce platform.
• Experience developing conversational AI solutions within highly regulated industries.
• Advanced Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
• Experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
