AI Forward-Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Learn customer workflows and identify opportunities for AI automation
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Build and test AI workflows using large language models and agent frameworks
• Assist with retrieval pipelines, prompt engineering, and API integrations
• Support integrations with customer systems such as CRMs and ticketing tools
• Monitor AI performance and participate in improving model behavior over time
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams on proof-of-concept projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience
• Programming experience in Python and either JavaScript or Java
• Coursework or projects involving AI/ML, Large Language Models, and APIs
• Strong communication skills and an interest in customer-facing work
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required (typically 20-30%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in software engineering, AI, or technical consulting
• Hands-on projects involving RAG applications, AI agents, or vector databases
• A GitHub portfolio or examples of deployed projects
• Interest in cloud technologies and enterprise software
