AI Forward Deployed Engineer - Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage FDEs who design and orchestrate agentic workflows by combining AI prompting with the multi-agent platform
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and product/engineering teams to translate feedback into platform improvements
• Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations
• Shape the internal playbook by building tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate customer rollouts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, or solutions engineering
• Experience managing teams of 4 or more engineers
• Strong curiosity about AI prompting and multi-agent systems
• Strong bias towards action and a sense of agency
• Ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments
• Background in science or engineering
• Located in Toronto or willing to relocate
