AI Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-assisted financial models to improve forecasting accuracy and scenario planning
• Use machine learning tools or AI platforms to identify cost trends and operational inefficiencies
• Support predictive analytics for manufacturing costs, labor utilization, and supply chain spend
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial close processes
• Perform variance analysis on manufacturing costs, overhead, and operational KPIs
• Build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Streamline financial reporting processes using Python, SQL, or AI-based tools
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into finance workflows
• Partner with plant leadership to provide real-time financial insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or operations finance
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, EV, battery, or semiconductor environments
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts or applied AI in business settings
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• MBA or advanced analytics coursework
• Experience building automated reporting pipelines
