AI Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
• Support the execution of the overall data management strategy for finance applications.
• Define data requirements, architecture, and models, incorporating Machine Learning and Generative AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and data science teams to design and implement system architecture solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, entity-relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage client expectations and lead workstream delivery while maintaining focus on quality and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience (or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management.
• At least 1 year of experience focused on finance application data, data modeling, or financial modeling.
• Proven experience with Machine Learning techniques and Generative AI technologies.
• Proficiency in Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, MS SQL, Python).
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Knowledge of finance applications and financial modeling (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in finance data management specifically involving Machine Learning applications.
