Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated video and cinematic scenes for vertical drama and short-form entertainment content
• Work with top AI-video models such as Seedance 2.0, Kling, Runway, Veo, and analogues
• Utilize AI image-generation tools including Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, and other modern models
• Generate, test, and improve AI-scene pipelines
• Create viral-first and retention-oriented AI content
• Perform initial editing in CapCut with a focus on pacing, hooks, and engagement
• Build cinematic storytelling through AI-generated footage
• Manage AI prompts, character consistency, and visual style
• Rapidly test new AI workflows and creative approaches
• Produce advertising and entertainment content for TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms
• Analyze AI-content trends and adapt creative mechanics for international audiences
• Collaborate with creative, product, and production teams

Requirements

• Experience with AI-video models (Seedance 2.0, Kling, Runway, Veo, etc.)
• Experience with AI image-generation tools
• Proficiency in CapCut for fast and high-quality editing
• Basic skills in Premiere Pro or After Effects
• Understanding of viral short-form content mechanics
• Experience in creative marketing, performance creatives, or marketing design is a plus
• Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok creatives, or UGC/video advertising
• High visual literacy and understanding of modern internet entertainment
• Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and retention mechanics
• Ability to quickly adapt to and test new AI tools
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate level or higher
