Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions tailored to strategic and operational needs
- Identify and propose improvements to existing systems using AI
- Ensure model robustness and scalability through rigorous testing and validation
- Conduct studies on algorithmic bias and propose innovative reduction solutions
- Perform technological watch and anticipate AI trends
- Document processes and support internal teams in adopting developed solutions
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Engineering
- Minimum 9 years of experience in AI, including development and production deployment
- Expert proficiency in Python
- Mastery of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn)
- Experience with data management tools (SQL, pandas, Spark)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of applied mathematics (statistics, linear algebra)
- Ability to implement MLOps pipelines
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in C or Java
- Proven success in optimizing and deploying large-scale AI solutions
