AI Evangelist/AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives and identify high-value opportunities across business units
• Serve as the internal point of contact for AI tool rollout, feedback, and iteration
• Track solution adoption and measure outcomes to improve performance
• Work with vendors and internal teams to configure, test, and tune AI tools
• Support the development of lightweight automations and AI workflows
• Evaluate new AI tools, models, and platforms to provide concrete internal recommendations

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Software Engineering
• Proven track record of operationalizing new technologies within a business
• Strong business intuition and process mapping skills
• Heavy, habitual user of AI tools with formed opinions on new releases
• Ability to write, debug, and iterate on prompts for real-world tasks
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make), agentic AI tools, and coding assistants

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in computer science or process improvement
• Exposure to enterprise AI deployment, API integrations, RAG pipelines, or LLM evaluation
• Experience building internal productivity tools or leading digital transformation
• Familiarity with change management principles
