AI Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for Enterprise business customers
• Drive product adoption and utilization through in-depth industry knowledge
• Oversee simultaneous projects to ensure customer portfolios progress toward goals
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot challenges, and design creative solutions for clients
• Manage the customer lifecycle and proactively address potential challenges
• Assist in reporting product value during weekly syncs, monthly check-ins, and quarterly EBRs
• Engage with customers during the renewal process to secure retention and drive revenue
• Work cross-functionally to relay product feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of Enterprise Customer Success experience
• Experience in Automotive, Home Services, or similar industries
• Working knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, Voice AI, and automation platforms
• Proven ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value
• Experience working in professional services, managed services, or a SaaS company
• Success in decreasing churn and increasing revenue
• Ability to travel 15% to 20% of the time
