AI & Engineering Productivity Consultant

Responsibilities

• Drive real-world adoption of GitHub Copilot across engineering teams
• Define best-practice usage for coding, refactoring, testing, documentation, and reviews
• Apply AI to IT Ops use cases including incident analysis, log analysis, and root cause identification
• Automate operational runbooks and repetitive IT tasks
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and the overall developer experience
• Run workshops, labs, coaching sessions, and support hackathons and pilots

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or SRE
• Proven hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot in production environments
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Practical experience applying AI to engineering and operational workflows
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a delivery-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or participating in technology transformation projects
