AI Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
• Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Develop orchestration workflows connecting AI agents, compliance services, and data pipelines
• Build and maintain system connectors to enterprise tools like Veeva Vault, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines and collaborate on containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
• Implement robust security measures including RBAC, audit logging, and encryption to ensure HIPAA and GDPR compliance
• Partner with Product, UX, and QA teams in agile sprints to deliver scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Software Developer building enterprise-grade web applications
• Proficiency in Python, .Net, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and async programming
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control (GitHub)

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital creative technology, AI prompt design, or content innovation
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, LLMs, and natural language generation workflows
• Proficiency in tools such as Vertex AI, Gemini API, or LangChain
• Background in marketing technology (MarTech) or AI-driven content systems
• Understanding of pharma MLR considerations and brand messaging frameworks
