About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI Agents using Google ADK and Langchain
- Implement production-grade agents and build robust APIs and workflows
- Implement workflow and task-based processing within an enterprise-grade backend
- Collaborate with product, operations, and architecture teams to ensure service quality
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python-based backend platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and Langchain
- Experience working in Agentic environments
- Proficiency with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with MCP, Kafka, or message queues
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to the banking domain, specifically KYC or onboarding processes
- Basic understanding of cloud-native concepts
- Experience with workflow orchestration and task-based processing
