About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents using Google ADK and Langchain
- Implement production-grade agents and build robust APIs and workflows
- Implement workflow and task-based processing
- Collaborate with product, operations, and architecture teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Identify opportunities for service quality and availability improvements
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects associated with technology domain upgrades and deployments
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Python-based backend platforms
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and Langchain
- Experience working in agentic environments
- Proficiency with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Experience with MCP, Kafka, or message queues
- Strong understanding of Agile engineering practices and work estimation
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to the banking domain, specifically KYC and onboarding
- Basic understanding of cloud-native concepts
- Experience with workflow and task-based processing systems
