AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect tools, frameworks, and cloud services to meet business goals
• Advise and educate customers on data engineering, AI/ML algorithms, and strategies
• Build data pipelines to process, store, integrate, and analyze large volumes of data
• Create visualizations and insights for data-backed business decisions
• Build or leverage AI/ML algorithms to solve real business problems
• Participate in peer reviews and proactively communicate with the team
• Write test suites and build automated CI/CD pipelines
• Create automated mechanisms to evaluate models and implement observability and monitoring

Requirements

• Full Stack Development experience with React, Next, Node, Golang, or Python
• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in designing, deploying, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs (including RAG and vector-DB integrations)
• Hands-on experience with AI/MLOps workflows and tools like MLflow or Kubeflow
• Background in multi-agent orchestration and multimodal AI systems
• Experience creating AI workflows using orchestration platforms like n8n or relay.app
• Strong Python expertise with libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face
• Proven track record of optimizing models and measuring business impact
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues
