AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end AI applications from concept through deployment
• Create and optimize deep learning models for time-series, business data, and images
• Build and enhance large language models trained on proprietary research data
• Implement real-time prediction systems operating on various timescales
• Develop full-stack AI applications with both frontend and backend components
• Optimize model performance and solve complex multi-layered data challenges

Requirements

• Master's in Computer Science (AI/ML focus) or Bachelor's with equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level Python programming skills
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering)
• Extensive knowledge of neural networks and PyTorch
• Proven expertise with AWS AI platforms (SageMaker, Bedrock)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with agentic coding techniques (Claude Code, Codex)
• Experience building advanced AI workflows, MCPs, and agent swarms
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Boston office

• Experience in the healthcare or finance industries
