AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI powered solutions driving both internal efficiencies and new customer value through data insights
• Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for training and validation
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance for responsiveness and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage organizational change and assist with user training for successful solution adoption
• Champion an AI-first mindset within day-to-day operations

Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid understanding and practical experience with AI/ML technologies, data handling, and system integration
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-moving environment
• Fluency in English
• Experience with V.I.E. program is a plus
