AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI powered solutions driving both internal efficiencies and new customer value through data insights
• Work closely with business leaders and data scientists to transition AI/ML prototypes into production-ready solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms
• Ensure efficient collection and integration of data from diverse sources for training and validation
• Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems
• Continuously monitor and optimize model performance for responsiveness and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Leverage AI/ML to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Manage organizational change and assist with user training for AI adoption
• Champion an AI-first mindset within day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Quality, Operations Management, or Supply Chain
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong IT skills and comfort using digital tools/platforms
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin language skills
• Interest in consumer goods, supply chain, or quality control
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity
