Responsibilities

• Ship high-impact AI features end-to-end, including document understanding, smart workflows, and fraud detection.
• Build the core LLM application and orchestration layer, covering prompts, retrieval, tool calling, and agents.
• Design scalable AI architecture including model routing, caching, vector storage, and data pipelines.
• Set up AI engineering foundations such as evals, datasets, observability, and safe rollout practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years shipping AI/ML features to production.
• Hands-on experience with the modern LLM stack (RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agent frameworks).
• Strong proficiency in Python or other backend languages like TypeScript, Go, or Java.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of MLOps fundamentals including eval pipelines and monitoring.
• Experience with micro-services and event-driven architectures.
• Fluency in English.
