AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on Generative AI concepts and practical applications.
• Provide concrete recommendations and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop action plans for AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and program software processes to clean and analyze diverse, unstructured data sources.
• Develop, implement, and optimize both Generative AI and classical AI models to solve complex problems.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing products and services through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply Generative AI techniques via APIs or custom workflows to address specific business needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics and statistics applied to machine learning and AI development.
• Minimum 3 years of programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in Generative AI model development.
• At least 4 years of experience in real-time AI implementation within applications or products.
• At least 4 years of experience managing data and building data pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using vector databases to implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and data engineering tools.
• Conversational English proficiency.
