AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Educate stakeholders on Generative AI concepts and practical applications
• Provide concrete recommendations and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design AI-driven action plans
• Design, develop, and program software processes to clean and analyze diverse, unstructured data sources
• Develop, implement, and optimize both Generative AI and classical AI models to solve complex problems
• Integrate AI solutions into existing products and services through APIs or custom workflows
• Document results and stay updated with the latest trends in artificial intelligence

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics and statistics applied to machine learning and AI development
• At least 3 years of programming experience in Python, Java, C++, or similar languages
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience developing Generative AI models
• Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing AI models in real-time applications or products
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing data and building data pipelines
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience using vector databases to implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Familiarity with cloud architecture and data engineering tools
• Conversational English proficiency
