AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems using frontier LLMs like Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini
• Architect agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Implement RAG pipelines utilizing vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant to integrate organizational knowledge
• Build automated business workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier and custom API integrations
• Fine-tune and prompt-engineer models to optimize agent reliability, task accuracy, and safety
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into automated technical solutions
• Monitor and improve deployed agents based on quality, latency, cost, and safety metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production AI systems or intelligent automation solutions
• Proficiency in Python as the primary programming language
• Demonstrated experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
• Proven experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real-world applications
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, and FastAPI
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD practices for AI pipelines
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development
