AI Engineer (LLMs & Agents)

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop advanced AI systems focusing on LLMs and agentic solutions to transform enterprise workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to deliver AI-driven innovations and mentor junior engineers
• Drive innovation through a mix of internal R&D projects and enterprise-level client solutions
• Own the entire AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring
• Develop and maintain production-ready AI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and building agentic solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, Crew, or Swarm
• Solid background in programming and machine learning (deep learning, reinforcement learning, fine-tuning, or model development)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply mathematical principles to complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in fluent English
• Ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading AI projects from initial concept to full deployment
• Deep expertise in specific stages of the AI development lifecycle
• Demonstrated examples of deployed AI systems showcasing advanced agentic capabilities
