Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI-native development practices and establish engineering standards
• Apply AI capabilities to real-world problems like scheduling, optimization, and anomaly detection
• Build and maintain production-grade systems using AI-assisted workflows
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to integrate LLMs and agent-like functionality into products

Requirements

• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude
• Strong software engineering foundations and production experience
• Experience building AI-powered product features using LLMs or embeddings
• Ability to make pragmatic technical tradeoffs between AI and traditional software
• Understanding of AI challenges including latency, cost, and reliability
