AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and AI algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Build and integrate ML models into production systems, APIs, and applications
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
• Conduct model experimentation, tuning, and performance optimization
• Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of models in production
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices
• Contribute to the development of reusable ML components and frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Software Engineering with machine learning exposure
• Strong programming expertise in Python
• Experience with at least one ML framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts including model training, evaluation, and regularization
• Hands-on experience with data processing and transformation techniques
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with recommendation systems
• Exposure to MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and model monitoring
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Databricks
