AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core building blocks, APIs, and reusable components for the Enterprise AI Platform
• Develop platform features that enable secure, governed, and scalable AI adoption across the business
• Integrate advanced capabilities including RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, observability, and fine-tuning workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and governance functions to ensure reliable and compliant enterprise solutions
• Contribute to documentation, automation, and engineering best practices to improve developer experience

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proven experience with RAG pipelines and modern agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
• Proficiency in Python for developing scalable APIs and SDKs
• Strong knowledge of vector databases and retrieval techniques
• Experience with cloud-native development and containerized deployments
• Familiarity with responsible AI, guardrails, and governance practices
