Responsibilities

• Craft clean, testable, and maintainable code to enable AI-generated agent-based models
• Own software from requirements development through deployment and maintenance
• Design, build, test, and deploy a scalable system architecture for AI-generated models
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure engineering solutions align with company strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML applications in production environments
• Proven track record working with LLMs, NLP models, or AI-driven systems
• Experience designing and optimizing high-performance, scalable APIs
• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Strong experience with Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and FastAPI
• Expertise in LLM evaluation and prompt optimization
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
• Background in MLOps practices
