About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship agentic AI solutions, prototypes, and proofs of concept to production standard.
  • Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines (RAG), and agentic workflows.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems and workflows via APIs and data pipelines.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, observability, and guardrails of agentic systems.
  • Maintain high code quality and documentation to ensure patterns and solutions are reusable across functions.
  • Work alongside stakeholders to ensure technical builds align with real-world user workflows.
  • Instrument solutions to capture outcome data, usage, and quality metrics against established baselines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications in production.
  • Proven knowledge of RAG, tool-augmented agents, and agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with modern SDLC, including CI/CD, TDD, and code reviews.
  • Familiarity with relational, columnar, and vector stores.
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with prompt engineering, context management, and AI observability tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in short, time-boxed cycles to deliver validated outcomes.
