Responsibilities

• Build and contribute to the core context learning library
• Design and implement LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows from concept to production
• Work directly with enterprise customers to identify problems, prototype solutions, and ship to production
• Build agentic features for autonomous knowledge management
• Build reliability and confidence systems, including evaluation frameworks and confidence scoring
• Architect async, scalable systems for complex AI orchestration
• Contribute to the direction of AI strategy and product capabilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience building complex, production LLM-based systems
• Experience shipping meaningful products to production
• Experience building agents and autonomous systems
• Ability to navigate between research papers and production code
• Experience with human-in-the-loop feedback, prompt optimization, or context engineering
• Strong communication skills for explaining work to teammates and customers
