AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI frameworks
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy and performance
• Work on AI use cases such as chatbots, document processing, and knowledge assistants
• Implement data preprocessing, chunking, and embedding workflows
• Integrate GenAI models into APIs, microservices, or enterprise applications
• Define and implement evaluation metrics for LLM outputs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML with exposure to Generative AI systems
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar APIs
• Hands-on experience with Langchain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and vector embedding
• Experience integrating AI solutions via REST APIs
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science
• Experience with fine-tuning or adapting LLMs
• Experience with multi-agent systems or tool-augmented LLMs
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs or semantic search
